Knife is a 0-mana Attack card that deals 40 damage to a single enemy. As the starting weapon of Genaro, it punches well above its cost and scales exponentially with the Amount stat, attacking multiple times per use when Amount is increased.

Combine Knife with Bracer to evolve it into Thousand Edge. The evolved form dramatically increases the Amount of hits per activation, turning the card into a single-target shredder. Bracer also raises Amount as a standalone passive, so it strengthens Knife even before evolution.

• Amount-boosting arcana: Each point of Amount adds another hit, multiplicatively increasing Knife's total damage output.
• Bracer: Serves dual purpose as both evolution material and an Amount buff — the best possible partner for Knife.

Genaro starts with Knife and is built around Amount scaling, making him the ideal pilot. Any Crawler can use Knife for efficient zero-cost single-target damage.
