Cost 1 for 4 Block plus delayed Lightning channeling at the start of each of the next 2 turns. Immediate Block is modest, but the Lightning trail adds real long-term value.

4 Block is low as panic defense, but with 2 turns of follow-up Lightning you continuously feed orbs in. Lightning decks use it as a steady channel source. If you already have Static Discharge (Power), each channeled Lightning's eventual Evoke triggers additional damage — that really raises its floor.
