Rating & Analysis
Hologram is one of the strongest xMult permanent-scalers in the game. Each card added to your deck adds +x0.25 Mult forever, hitting x4–x6 Mult by Ante 6–8 routinely. Its strength is that the trigger condition is easy to auto-fulfill — DNA's deck inflation, Magic Deck's two starting Fool tarots, Judgement's Joker generation, and many other natural plays all feed Hologram.
The dream pairing is DNA + Hologram: DNA duplicates the first scored card each round, adding it to the deck → Hologram grows +x0.25 every round. Blueprint / Brainstorm copying Hologram doubles the xMult — effectively x(n²) score ceiling.
Important: only deck additions count. Enhancement changes or Edition changes don't trigger. The $7 cost is cheap; tier lists place Hologram at S, and early pickup is very rewarding.

Tips & Usage
- Buy on sight — $7 is cheap relative to the scaling ceiling.
- Cards "added" trigger growth; intentionally use Emperor / Empress / DNA / Antimatter to add cards.
- Blueprint / Brainstorm stacking is the standard move.
- Standard card additions (plain cards) also count — use Enhancement Tarots that generate copies.
- Antimatter Spectral expands Joker slots in parallel for build width.
Caveats
- Only card additions count — Enhancement / Edition changes don't trigger.
- Without card-generation tools, growth stalls.
- Early game xMult is low; mid-game payoff.
- Perishable Hologram is risky — burn additions before expiry.
- Joker additions (to Joker slots) ≠ deck additions; only the latter counts.
