Sixth Sense is a unique conditional Joker — first hand of round + exactly one 6 played triggers destruction of the 6 + Spectral card creation. Spectrals include extremely powerful cards (The Soul → Legendary Joker, Black Hole → +1 to all hand levels, Antimatter → +1 Joker slot), so a guaranteed Spectral per round is huge build value.

The dream pairing is Ghost Deck + Sixth Sense. Ghost Deck already has Spectral shop access; adding Sixth Sense guarantees an extra Spectral per round. Add DNA to permanently duplicate 6s into the deck, ensuring Sixth Sense triggers reliably without running out of 6s.

Perkeo + Sixth Sense + generated Spectrals = Negative-copied Spectrals = permanent reusable powerhouses. Tier lists rate Sixth Sense A in Spectral-axis or Ghost Deck builds. The $6 cost is fair.
