A being that grafts spirits onto cards. Accept the spirit and fuse two cards, or refuse it and take Gold.

Recommended Choice

"Accept the Spirit" is the better pick in most situations. The fusion takes two cards and turns them into one, giving you deck compression and an Upgrade in a single action. Fuse two dead cards and your deck loses one slot while gaining a fresh Upgraded card.

50 Gold is a stable reward, but it falls short compared to compression plus Upgrade in one event. Since shop removal costs 75 Gold, the fusion essentially delivers more value than a paid removal for free.

Strategy

  • The fusion targets should be your two most useless cards. Starter cards like Strike and Defend get priority if they are still in the deck
  • The resulting card is Upgraded, so it is combat-ready. Think of it as a guaranteed upgrade over the two inputs
  • If your deck is bloated and cycling poorly, the compression alone is huge. Key-card rotation improves
  • If the deck is close to finished and you have no unwanted cards to fuse, taking 50 Gold is reasonable. You do not need to sacrifice important cards
  • 50 Gold jumps in value if an Act 2 shop is close. You can immediately funnel it into a Relic or card removal
