Charon's Ashes is an Ironclad-exclusive relic that deals 3 AoE damage every time you Exude a card. Combined with an Exude build, the act of discarding cards becomes a damage source. It synergizes well with cards that Exude multiple cards per turn such as Second Wind or Fiery Pact.
On the other hand, 3 damage per trigger is modest. It barely moves the needle in boss fights, so it's not worth picking in isolation. Treat it as a bonus once your deck already has plenty of Exude cards.
