Jimbo Charm (Bootleg) randomizes all three core stats of the equipped unit — Health, Attack, and Counter — each to a random value between 2 and 5. This is a pure gamble: you might dramatically improve a unit or dramatically worsen them.
Rating: C (can reach A on lucky rolls or specific strategies)
Jimbo Charm is the highest-variance charm in the game. On a unit with mediocre stats across the board, the average expected value of 2-5 on each stat might be a slight improvement or wash. The real value emerges in two scenarios:
Lucky high roll: All three stats land at 4-5, creating a powerful well-rounded unit. Attack 5, Counter 2, HP 5 is an excellent statline from randomization.
Counter reduction targeting: A unit with Counter 6 whose only real problem is acting slowly benefits enormously if Jimbo reduces Counter to 2 or 3. The randomization essentially removes the "bad stat" even if other stats are mediocre.
The primary risk is rolling low across the board (2/2/2) on a unit that had good natural stats. This is an irreversible downgrade.
Bootleg-tagged charms like Jimbo can create interesting interactions with other stat-modifying charms applied afterward.
How to Use / What to Put On
Use Jimbo when the target unit has nothing to lose — units with all-bad stats, or units with one catastrophically bad stat (like Counter 7+). The expected value of randomizing 2-5 is slightly positive on average, but variance is high.
Pair with Balance Charm as a "reset" if the Jimbo roll is undesirable — Balance Charm forces all stats to 3, providing a stable floor after a bad Jimbo roll.

- Balance Charm: Counter-roll on a bad Jimbo result — Balance resets everything to 3
- Frenzy Charm: High Attack from a lucky Jimbo roll becomes devastating with Frenzy doubling it
- Battle Charm: If Jimbo gives a favorable Attack roll, Battle Charm further amplifies it
- Chuckle Charm on the Jimbo target: With no slot limit, additional charms can rebuild after Jimbo's randomization
