v0.100.0 Patch Notes Breakdown
Overview
Released March 20, 2026. The first major patch after launch. Its main goal is to reduce the difficulty of infinite combos, along with large-scale balance changes across all characters. Also includes a new phobia mode and visual improvements.
New Features
Deprecated Card System
If a card removed by an update is in your deck, it is temporarily replaced with a "Deprecated Card." Drawing it once removes it from the deck and Exhausts it.
Phobia Mode
When enabled in settings, alternate visuals are applied to certain enemies (Hive, Insatiable, Terror Eel, etc.).
General
- Reduced the price of all Shop Relics by 25 gold
- Bowler Hat and Amethyst Eggplant no longer appear in shops
- Power values can no longer exceed 999,999,999

- Writhing Mass: Reworked. Now has a more lethal moveset.
- Stone-Clad Zealot + Toad Tadpole encounter: Changed to Stone-Clad Zealot + Sea Punk
- Tunneler normal encounter: Bowl Bug replaced with Chomper, which gives a Dizzy status card on turn 1
- Nibbet: Now scales properly with Ascension. Intimidate gains Strength 3 instead of 2 at A9; Slice damage scales from 6 to 7 at A9; Slice Block scales from 5 to 6 at A8.
- Specimen: Phase 2 no longer uses Smash; instead, it uses Flurry every turn.

- Byrdnis: Dive Attack damage changed from 16(18) to 17(19)
- Rocket: Charge Up Strength gain now scales 2(2) to 2(3) with Ascension; HP 189(199) to 199(209); Crab Rage Strength gain 5 to 6

- Lost One and Forgotten One encounter: Status drain now scales with Ascension. Each status increases from 2 to 3 at A9. The Forgotten One now deals 1 additional damage per point of its own Dexterity.
- Sea Punk: Sea Kick damage changed from 11(12) to 11(13)

- Added new Neow blessing "Hefty Tablet": Choose 1 Rare card out of 3 to add to your deck. Adds 1 Wound to your deck.
- Added new Neow blessing "Neow's Charm": Upgrades 1 Strike and 1 Defend.
- Tanks's Three-Pronged Boomerang: The "Instinct" enchantment no longer reduces cost; instead, it doubles the damage of the enchanted Attack.
- Vaku's Bottled Fog: Cards removed reduced from 5 to 3. Folly now has Ethereal.

Effect Changes
- Jungle event: The "Push Through" option now reads "Lose 8 HP. Gain 61-99 Gold."
- Endless Conveyor event: Now only appears if all players have at least 120 gold (up from 105). The "Grab from Belt" option cost increased from 35 to 40 gold.
- Forgotten One's Tomb event: Now only appears if all players have at least one card with Exude in their deck.
- Morphic Grove event: Now only appears if all players have at least 2 transformable cards in their deck. The "Swarm" option now consumes all of the player's gold. In multiplayer, it is now a co-op event.
- Spirit Grafter event: The "Refuse" option now reads "Lose 10 HP. Upgrade 1 card."
- Round Table Tea Party event: Now only appears if all players have at least 12 HP.
