  • Effect: Can only be played if there are no cards in your draw pile. Deal 60 damage to ALL enemies.

Rating

A conditional Attack playable only with an empty draw pile, but dealing 50-60 AoE damage when it fires. If you can thin the deck enough to empty the draw pile quickly, you can potentially play it almost every turn. Cost 0 lets you use all your Energy elsewhere. The classic plan is to pack the deck with Exhaust cards to thin it aggressively. Upgraded 60 damage kills many bosses in 1-2 hits. A well-built Grand Finale deck is nearly unstoppable.

How to Use

  • Thin the deck as much as possible. Use Exhaust cards (Adrenaline, Cheat, Backstab) to shrink it and empty the draw pile more often.
  • Pack cost-0 cards (Slice, Prepared) to play them all in one turn, emptying the draw pile before firing Grand Finale.
  • Foresight can Retain Grand Finale, guaranteeing it's ready the moment the draw pile is empty.
  • With Exhaust decks, the draw pile empties every turn and Grand Finale can fire consecutively.
  • A one-shot finisher rather than multi-hit or Poison — fast clear against tough foes.

Good Synergies

  • Adrenaline: Energy + 2 draws + Exhaust. Exhaust thins the deck to meet Grand Finale's condition.
  • Foresight: Retain a card at turn end. Retain Grand Finale for guaranteed activation the moment the pile empties.
  • Well-Laid Plans: Same "fewer cards = stronger" concept. Use both after burning through your hand.
  • Cheat: Discard hand, draw same number, Exhaust. Exhaust helps thin the deck.

Pick Priority

  • Act 1 early: Low. Thick early deck makes it hard to empty the draw pile.
  • Act 1 late: Medium. Consider if Exhaust/deck compression is progressing.
  • Act 2+: High (if thinning is done). A thin deck enables every-turn activation.
  • Boss reward: Deck-dependent. Risks being a dead card outside a dedicated build.
