It doesn't attack directly, but Attention Grab forces target-redirect effects to interfere with you.
Strategy
- HP 6 goes down to literally any attack. Cleanup is trivial.
- When it spawns during the Vantom fight, Attention Grab gets annoying. Drop it fast and refocus the boss.
- Even just spending a turn killing a minion is attrition. AoE damages both the body and the minion at once, which is efficient.
