Rating and Analysis

Potion of Binding is an Uncommon potion that applies 1 Weak and 1 Vulnerable to all enemies simultaneously. Weak reduces enemy attack damage while Vulnerable boosts your outgoing damage, giving it a unified offense-defense effect.

Against a single enemy it's a downgrade compared to Weak or Vulnerable Potion, but in multi-enemy fights the value rises sharply. Spreading debuffs across all enemies with one slot brings stability to elite and Hall event fights. The downside: both debuffs last only 1 turn each, which is why it stays at C tier.

Its presence is strongest early when the deck lacks debuff tools. In Act 1 multi-enemy encounters, using it turn 1 significantly reduces damage taken and helps finish enemies efficiently.
