Rating and Analysis

Skill Potion is a Common potion that lets you pick one of three random Skill cards to add to your hand. Skill cards cover a wide range of effects — Block generation, various buffs — so it easily slots in as an emergency answer. A solid B tier potion.

Choosing from three options gives you flexibility to pick the optimal Skill for the situation. On thin defensive turns, grab a Block Skill; on setup turns, grab a buff Skill. Character-specific Skills can also appear, so with some luck you can land an unexpectedly strong play.

It's easy to obtain at Common rarity and rarely dead in any deck. It doesn't have the explosive power of Power Potion, but its steady performance covers a wide range of situations.
