Stable Serum is an Uncommon potion that retains your hand for two turns. Normally your hand is discarded at turn end, but this effect lets you carry unused cards into the next turn. A powerful utility potion that earns a strong A tier rating.
The biggest benefit of hand retention is a major jump in card selection flexibility. You can hold unused cards into the next turn and combine them with freshly drawn cards for the best possible play. It shines especially in combo decks.
