Make a card in your hand cost 0 for the rest of combat.
Rating and Analysis
Touch of Insanity is an Uncommon potion that permanently makes one card in your hand cost 0 for the remainder of combat. Picking a high-cost key card saves a massive amount of Energy over the whole fight, dramatically boosting per-turn output. A highly rated A tier potion.
To maximize its effect, pick the highest-cost card in your deck that you want to play every turn. Turning a 3-cost card into 0-cost saves 3 Energy every turn — across a 10-turn fight, that's equivalent to 30 Energy. Used on a Power card, deployment becomes free, which is also extremely strong.
Timing matters: the card you want to zero out has to be in your hand when you drink. Pairing with draw cards to load up your hand first makes it easier to pick the optimal target.

- Increase your hand with draw cards first, then pick the optimal target
