An Uncommon potion that upgrades every card in your hand at once. The upgrades last only for that combat, but upgrading multiple cards simultaneously produces a large total effect. The more cards you have in hand when you use it, the bigger the payoff — pairing it with draw cards amplifies the value further.

The ideal usage is turn 1 of a boss or elite fight, where you can upgrade 5 cards at once. However, already-upgraded cards get nothing from it, so decks that have heavily used Smith at rest sites benefit less. It's most useful in early-to-mid runs when many cards are still unupgraded.

It sits at C tier because the effect doesn't persist beyond combat and because deck state causes large variance. If your hand is full of cards whose upgrades don't matter much (Strikes and Defends), you get less value than it looks.
