Pengu Charm converts incoming Snow into Attack. Every point of Snow applied to the equipped card adds an equal amount of Attack permanently. This turns a normally-debilitating status effect into a buff, and flips the dynamic of Snow-heavy combat encounters.

Against enemies that frequently apply Snow, Pengu Charm equipped on your most dangerous attacker creates an escalating threat. The enemy's primary control tool becomes your primary scaling vector. After a few Snow applications the equipped card reaches attack values that would be impractical to obtain through standard charms alone.

Active synergies with allied Snow sources also exist. A card in your deck that applies Snow to your own side (intentionally or as a side effect) can trigger Pengu Charm's growth deliberately.

Context-dependent B to C tier. In Snow-heavy encounters it is A tier. In Snow-light runs it provides limited value.

Place on your highest-attack frontline Companion and let enemies do the work. Against bosses or mid-game enemies that spam Snow, the Companion can snowball (literally) into a dominant force without spending additional resources.

If you have control over Snow application in your deck, you can use this to your advantage by directing Snow onto the Pengu Charm holder deliberately.

• Lumin Ring: increases the Attack gained per Snow application
• Spice Charm: multiple Attack scaling vectors stack together
• High-base-Attack Companions: the absolute Attack value grows faster from a higher starting point
