Truffle Charm applies 3 シュルーム (Shroom) per attack at the cost of -2 Health. It is the high-output version of Shroom Charm, providing triple the Shroom application per hit.

Shroom 3 per attack is a substantial amount. Against a single enemy, consistent Shroom 3 applications build rapidly — after two attacks the enemy has accumulated Shroom 6, dealing 6 damage at end of their turn and decreasing. Against a Companion with バラージ, the entire front row receives Shroom 3 per action.

The -2 Health is a modest penalty compared to the Shroom output gained. Compensating with Heart Charm or other HP sources eliminates the downside entirely.

In Shroom-focused builds, Truffle Charm is the highest-priority pickup. A tier minimum in those decks.

Target Companions that already apply Shroom for maximum stacking. A Companion applying Shroom 2 natively with Truffle Charm attached becomes Shroom 5 per hit — reaching lethal Shroom stacks in just one or two attacks.

Barrage Companions spread all Shroom application to multiple targets per action. Truffle Charm on a Barrage Companion applies Shroom 3 to every front-row enemy simultaneously.
