Zoomlin Charm grants both ズームリン (Zoomlin) and イッカイ (Consume). ズームリン causes the card to fire immediately on deployment or when it acts, accelerating its first use. イッカイ causes the card to disappear after being used once.

Together, these create a "one perfect shot" card: whatever it does, it does immediately and then it is gone. The charming line is whether the single use provides enough value to justify the permanent loss.

For Spell cards with powerful one-time effects — large heals, decisive buffs, finishing moves — this is exactly the right application. The Spell fires at full power at the ideal moment, then disappears. This is not a downside in this context; a one-time Spell was going to provide one use anyway.

For Companions, the calculus is harder. Losing a Companion permanently is a steep cost. Only use on Companions where a single boosted action truly changes the game's outcome.

In dedicated イッカイ-synergy decks where the consume trigger itself activates effects, Zoomlin Charm is a reliable way to intentionally trigger those chains.

B tier generally, A tier in イッカイ-focused decks.

Identify cards in your deck that are already functionally one-time-use (Spells without reuse mechanics, or Companions that are only useful for one key activation). Those are prime Zoomlin Charm targets.

For イッカイ chains, place Zoomlin Charm on the Companion designed to be consumed at the right moment in the sequence.

Avoid placing on Companions you want to keep for multiple fights.

• イッカイ-trigger cards: deliberately consume the Zoomlin Charm holder to fire the chain
• High-value Spells: guarantee maximum effect on the best possible turn
• Molten Egg Charm (溶けた卵のお守り): already has イッカイ, Zoomlin Charm adds the immediate trigger for a fast single activation
• Noomlin Charm: combine Noomlin's deploy-trigger with Zoomlin for a multi-trigger immediate action
• Deck compression builds: fewer cards means consumed cards hurt less proportionally
