Star Potion is a Regent-exclusive Common potion that grants 3 Star Energy. Star Energy is Regent's unique resource, required to trigger powerful Star abilities. The C tier rating reflects it being both Regent-exclusive and limited in effect.
Three Star Energy is plenty for early fights, letting you immediately trigger strong Star abilities. It's most useful in emergencies when your Star Energy buildup can't keep up, or when you want to deploy a powerful Star ability right at the start of a fight.
As a Common, you'll run into it often on Regent runs. But 3 Star Energy alone rarely swings a fight — it amounts to a modest resource top-up rather than a game-changer.
