Rating

Sun is an S-tier evolved ball from the Light line. It operates as a passive aura that never stops working: as long as Sun is in your build, all enemies in view remain perpetually blinded (significantly reduced accuracy), and receive a new burn stack every single second.

The dual passive effect is what makes Sun one of the strongest balls in the game:

  1. Permanent blind — enemies in view always have reduced accuracy, dramatically reducing incoming damage without any action required
  2. Ramping burn DOT — burn stacks accumulate every second up to the cap, building into a continuous high-damage source that works automatically

Unlike Flash which delivers a single global blind+damage burst, Sun's blind is continuous. Your entire team takes less damage indefinitely, and every second enemies are alive they're being burned. The longer a fight goes, the more devastating Sun's passive becomes.

When to Pick

  • Any build wanting passive damage reduction (the blind reduces enemy accuracy globally)
  • DOT-stacking builds where burn layers alongside poison, bleed, or curse
  • Long-duration encounters where burn stacks reach cap and maintain high DPS

Tips
