Captain's Wheel is a Rare relic that unconditionally grants 18 Block on turn 3. 18 Block is worth several defense cards, and against bosses or elites that unleash big attacks on turn 3 it's extremely reassuring. The catch is it fires only once per combat, and many trash fights don't last to turn 3, so it won't always proc. Somewhat underwhelming as a Rare, but in setup-heavy decks you can offload turn-3 defense to this relic and Focus on Power deployment.
