Gain Block automatically whenever a card is created. Regent has many cards that generate colorless cards (Quasar, Manifest Authority, Spectrum Shift, etc.), so decks built around them produce reliable Block every turn.

With Spectrum Shift (adds a colorless card each turn start), you get 3-4 Block automatically every turn. Combine with Unexpected Gift (3-4 colorless cards at once) for 9-16 Block in a single play. A unique defensive tool that converts card creation into Block.
