A-tier passive Shell distributor. Whenever any ally kills an enemy, Shelly applies 3 Shell to that killer automatically. No activation, no Counter — just a continuous reward for killing. In wave fights with many small enemies, a single ally can accumulate Shell 9–12 over several kills, dramatically reducing incoming damage while Shelly's 1 Attack and Counter 3 continue chipping away. Chompom behind Shelly in the same run becomes a high-damage carry: each kill Chompom lands gives him Shell 3 more, which directly translates to 3 more bonus damage on his next attack.
Her 1 Attack is low, but Counter 3 keeps her firing reliably. She benefits significantly from Attack charms that help her secure kills herself, since each kill she lands also grants her Shell 3.
How to Use
Mid-row positioning for Shelly is standard. She doesn't need to be in the front — she generates Shell for whoever kills, not just for herself. Place her where she can attack frequently without being eliminated, then let the kill-Shell loop run.
Chompom is her most natural partner. Chompom's damage scales with his current Shell count; Shelly's kill reward gives him Shell 3 per kill. After a few kills in a multi-wave fight, Chompom could have Shell 9+ accumulated — and his damage per attack becomes 10+. Kernel providing front-row Shell income compounds further.
Foxee with x3 Frenzy is another strong pairing. Frenzy increases Foxee's kill count, and each of Foxee's kills grants Foxee more Shell — making Foxee simultaneously harder to kill (Shell reduces damage taken) and more likely to kill again. This kill-Shell-survive loop is self-reinforcing.
Fulbert adds a second layer: when any ally receives Shell (including Shelly's kill reward), Fulbert applies equivalent Shroom to an enemy. A kill that gives Shell 3 to an attacker also Shrrooms an enemy for 3 via Fulbert — the kill reward generates offense on both ends.

- Chompom — Shell 3 per kill directly boosts Chompom's bonus damage by 3; synergy compounds with additional Shell sources
- Foxee — x3 Frenzy generates many kills, each awarding Shell 3 to Foxee; she becomes tankier and deadlier simultaneously
- Kernel — additional passive Shell income on top of Shelly's kill-based Shell creates double Shell accumulation in the row
- Fulbert — converts Shelly's kill-Shell reward into simultaneous Shroom on enemies via Fulbert's reaction
- Attack charms on Shelly — higher Attack lets Shelly secure kills herself, which also awards her Shell 3 per kill
