Red Skull is an Ironclad-exclusive Common relic that grants a permanent +3 Strength while HP is at or below 50 percent. The condition is strict, but +3 Strength is a huge number that pumps every attack's damage. Ironclad naturally drops HP often, so triggering the condition is common.
The risk/reward balance is clear. Maintaining sub-50 percent HP is inherently risky, so decks with plenty of Block benefit most consistently. As a Common relic, the conditional-but-large effect gives a great early-run damage boost.
