What is Alchemy?
Noita's alchemy system lets you create powerful liquids by mixing specific ingredients together. The right combination in the right proportions produces potions with strong effects.
Fixed Recipes (Same Every Run)
Some recipes have ingredients that remain consistent across seeds. However, always confirm exact combinations using the in-game alchemy books and stone tablets, as details can vary.
Healing Liquid (Fixed)
Large HP restore. Some ingredients are fixed, but the full combination should be verified in-game via alchemy books.
Teleportatium (Fixed)
Teleports the drinker to a random location. Some materials are fixed; check the in-game alchemy book for the complete recipe.
Berserkium (Fixed)
Temporarily grants a large boost to melee damage. Some materials are fixed; check the in-game alchemy book for the complete recipe.

Per-Seed Random Materials
The most important alchemy recipes in Noita use ingredients that change every seed. Find and read alchemy books or stone tablets underground to learn what each ingredient is for your current run.
Lively Concoction (Random)
A per-seed random recipe — the materials change with every new run. Drinking it grants the Regeneration status effect, causing HP to regenerate continuously over time. It does not permanently increase max HP.
The recipe requires 3 random materials; there are no fixed ingredients. Check the in-game alchemy book or stone tablet to find the correct materials for your current seed.
Draught of Midas (Random)
Turns any material it contacts into gold. Be careful using it in enclosed spaces, as solidified gold blocks can trap you.
Draught of Midas is crafted from Alchemic Precursor combined with a meat-type material. Alchemic Precursor itself is also a per-seed random recipe — its ingredients change every run. Both recipes must be looked up in-game using alchemy books.

Liquid Mixing Fundamentals
Ratios and Priority
- Liquids react when ≥50% of one type is present at the contact point
- The dominant liquid tends to become the base
- Explosive combinations ignite at range — don't stand next to them

Flask Tips
- Flasks hold liquid and let you transport it safely
- With Telekinesis perk, you can pour from a safe distance
- Keep a water flask at all times — it extinguishes fire, cools lava, and dilutes poison
