Rating
Pael's Tears grants +2 energy next turn if you end the current turn without spending all your energy. It adds a new strategic axis to energy management, turning intentional energy conservation into a major power spike.
Energy Conservation Strategy
- Normally you spend every energy each turn, but with Tears leaving 1 gives you +2 next turn
- 1 energy left + 3 base + 2 bonus = 5 energy next turn, enough for back-to-back finishers
- Deliberately holding back on Weak hands sets up explosive follow-up turns
- You can build a rhythm of defense turn (save) into attack turn (5 energy)
Ice Cream Synergy
- Ice Cream (carry unused energy to next turn) combines with Tears. Saved energy plus the Tears +2 bonus creates massive next-turn energy pools

Playstyle Tips
- Aim to leave 1–2 energy every turn rather than dumping fully
- Save during attack-free or low-damage enemy turns to prep a haymaker turn
- Competes with Pael's Flesh (+1 energy from turn 3) and Pael's Horn in Pool 1. Tears is conditional but has a higher ceiling
