Luke's Command Normal "Suppressor" (4HP). Steps back before striking — a whiff-punish tool that catches over-extended pokes. Has risk if the opponent jumps or reads it, but otherwise it's extremely powerful. Use primarily to counter Drive Rush stops and as a wake-up punish.

Highly effective against opponents who try to stop Luke's Drive Rush with a normal.
Also strong against opponents who throw out a reckless counter-poke after blocking a move with large pushback.

When you see Luke clearly adjusting his spacing after a Drive Rush, place a neutral jump to punish.
After blocking a move with large pushback, resist the urge to counter-poke immediately — wait and whiff-punish Suppressor instead. LP and MP strings in particular should trigger this awareness. If you can't read and react to Suppressor here, you can't put risk on it.
