Unleashes a series of high speed flicker jabs cloaked in Psycho Power. Useful as a combo ender, or as a counter attack by using its invincibility time.
Evaluation
SA1 Psycho Storm (236236K) is Ed's Level 1 Super Art — a full-screen Psycho Power barrage. It activates at 13 frames with no projectile invincibility, but its speed and full-screen reach make it a strong punish option and combo ender. It can also punish certain unsafe special moves from across the screen.
How to Use
- Full-screen punish: If the opponent uses a slow or unsafe move from far away, SA1 can reach them before they recover.
- Combo ender: After a Drive Rush or normal combo, cancel into SA1 for a damage boost when SA3 is not yet active.
- Anti-zoning: While it has no projectile invincibility, the fast activation can beat poorly spaced projectiles on reaction.
