The held version (236HP) reaches further than the regular Hooligan and powers up every follow-up. Mix between the overhead (Reverse Edge), command throw (Fatal Leg Twister), descending kick (Cannon Strike) and feint (Silent Step) for a strong knockdown game.

The held version comes off the held Hooligan and is classified as a command throw, so it cannot be teched with a regular throw escape. Damage drops to 1000, but it punishes opponents who reflexively try to throw-tech.
